No one knows what is a 'Win' for Russia. Their initial objective was to occupy all Ukrainian territory, but they failed. So in terms of that, Russia already lost. Their goal wasn't been achieved and every day their chances of achieving anything more are crippling. They dont have the capacity to compete with western military machine and eventually they will lose. It will take a long time, but as soon as f-16s are delivered the Ukrainian counteroffensive will progress much faster. You can't win against the world. Russian economy is suffering and the financial reserves they have are depleting. Ukraine will eat this elephant piece by piece until som major breakthrough happens, for example they enter melitopol and surround Crimea. It's a dead end for Russia. Again, you can't eradicate whole country. They wanted a blitzkrieg and they failed in first week. This is where Putin if he was smart, would retreat. But he cornered himself and his country and doesn't know what to do. The only way for him to be in power is just continue sending cannon fodder. Every day Ukrainian military destroys like 20 or more of their artillery. They have a lot of artillery (thousands), as soon as they run out of it, it's over for them. They might use tactical nukes as a last desperate move, but in that case, USA and UK and Europe and even China obliterates them. That's the least probable scenario russians theoretically can try.

To be fair it isn't really a Russia Ukraine war at all.

Rather, it's a Russia plus allies vs West plus allies, with the proxy state being Ukraine, war.

It's why it's such a big deal and affecting everyone. The West is pissing itself as it knows if it loses, then China will kill it. Whereas if Russia wins then China will just take over the mantle of the West.

The only "solution" is Ukraine to get it's shit together and go back to being a neutral state. It never was a "European" country to begin with and got too big for it's boots.

Russia are disorganized with outdated equipment and their army have low morale. They also know nothing about logistics. I have always said Ukraine will win.

I have seen the developments of the war to some degrees and as of right now it seems that Ukraine has the upper hand (regaining territory, repelling enemy attacks). But it's very slow.

Listen, man, I am Ukrainian. I don't know where you get this information from. Ukrainian people are not 50% pro-russia since 2013. 90% of Ukrainians are pro-Ukrainian right now, and 10% pro-russians are hiding and shut their fucks up. These 10% are silently sitting on their asses and learning Ukrainian language if they want to stay in Ukraine.
