To mostly my American friends, can any other race than white be racist?

I googled and it say's that you can't be racist against a white person than it's ‘white fragility’ or ‘reverce-racism’ . Why is it racism if a white person hate a black person but not racism if a black person hate a white person i really don't understand? In South Africa white people are being discriminated against, killed, is a minority & one of the biggest political parties are honest about exterminating white people, so does that mean that only black people can be racist and it's depending on what country your in?

Anyone of any race is capable of being racist against another race. People of the same race can be racist against other ethnic groups within their race, as well. Racism is not exclusive to any one race.

Apparently you have never been in China or Japan, they segregate their own specific class of people in a way that you cannot possible imagine. So you are VERY wrong that racism started from white people. Racism existed way, WAAAAY before you even had an American or European nations.

That's ignorant, white people has not been around as long as black or brown people and the first recorded evidence of slaves come from the middle east 12 000 years back so you need to go back to school. Arabs took white slaves and were sold white slaves by the vikings when they took England and created Ukraine but in the US the focus is only on white people having slaves and being racist and many Americans live in their own bubble.

@NewYorkCity Exactly i would dare say that China is the most racist country and if you speak and read mandarin it's no doubt about the open often government approved racism. When i lived in China i saw signs on restaurants that said no dogs, Black or Japanese people allowed. And during covid the government CCP spread propaganda about covid coming from foreigners so any non Chinese were not allowed in stores, restaurants etc.. even while his wife and children could go inside to eat or shop, foreigners where not allowed to live in their own home they got evicted because of the CCP lies about foreigners spreading covid. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ftZdHnHBHo&t=693s
