Why do black and Asian women show less age generally than women of other races?

I do not know why Asian woman look younger but I think some people look younger due to less stress or self doubt. I believe anxiety ages you cause all the anxious ambitious and rich woman I know look older than the girls their age who took it easy and avoided sacrificing sleep and rest for their jobs so too much ambition can age you. I also believe Chinese women look young because they always have a lot of people in their lives and isolation can make you old and wrinkly. As for premature aging, I believe sexual promiscuity can age you cause I know a girl who slept around and even though she was pretty 8 years ago, she now looks haggard and old.

I'm not positive, but if I were to guess I would say it has to do something with skin melanin. Sun damage is one of the main causes of skin aging, so it seems logical that skins that get cooked by the sun faster are going to age faster.

I have an Asian girl-friend and she just takes really good care of herself. She has a amazing skin and she's fit/trim. I think it has a lot to do with diet and being able to mitigate stress.

I think East Asian (Oriental) women retain their youth, partly by keeping their weight off, having a better diet and staying away from makeup. I also agree on "stress and self doubt".

Black women's skin produces more melanin which slows aging. As for Asian women, I think it's due to their diet.
