To those of you who can't define the word woke or feel the word is meaningless, how do you feel about people who use it as past tense of waking?

It's an African term. It was good decades ago, but the BLM Marxists destroyed the word by weaponizing it. Now it's about having total control. The weapon is aimed at feeble-minded white folks, who are afraid of their own shadows. Coca Cola told it's white employees to try and be less white. I just learned that the woke have edited the Willy Wonka book, and took out parts they didn't like. This is a communist agenda meant to break the will of the people. They are using race, because it works. Michelle Obama loved to read Dr. Seuss books to kids, but the woke put a stop to it. No more Dr. Seuss books. The woke have spoken, and even the Obamas are afraid of this ghoulish regime.

The woke white people now tell black people what is racist against black people. And the black people must abide by their white masters that are "woke."

Ummm... what's the big deal? Is one right and the other wrong? Don't remember any controversy between the two when taking English class. We used other examples.

I agree its not really a big deal, its just I have seen people saying the word is meaningless or that they can't define it, so I'm wondering how they feel when people use that word this way

That is not a problem. Think most people use it in that context.
