Uh huh... Much more likely that "pro-Ukrainian group" is a screen for someone acting directly, even if unknowingly on behalf of a US or UK agency. That said, it's extremely unlikely that the exact people involved didn't know exactly what they were doing and to what. The entire article is written in such a way as to give plausible deniability to the US and UK, who are the two most likely and capable. Remember that the US immediately tried to point the finger at Russia even though that was the dumbest and least likely culprit considering it hurt them the most, and all this time, the UK government has been doing everything it can to disrupt or prevent any notions of cease-fire or negotiation, often with the US in tow.

It's been hammered before, but a demolition that deep underwater is not exactly easy to do - most countries aren't even capable, and the only non-government affiliates who would be interested are the batshit insane eco-terrorist types, who certainly don't have the means, nor would they be trusted by anyone to be provided the means.

The NYT is a U. S. State Dept subsidiary. Believing ANYTHING it has to say is akin to believing a professional con man.

Blowing up that pipeline required state of the art weaponry and delivery system that is only available to a few nations. And of the U. S. didn't do it directly, it gave the orders. It's the only one with a motive. Biden flat out threatened to "take it out".

CIA blew it up let's get real. Have you noticed Germany is going along with the US to sanction China, why? Because they are more beholden to America for their energy needs than before.
Trump told Germany that they should be buying their oil/gas from America not Russia, they should pay more to NATO and they should increase their military spending and that's exactly what has happened in 2023
