Look it up. It's mostly split into local groups or communities. They gather at events that they think are worth turning into a violent protest. Especially if it's something pro-police or pro-American. They always wear the same black clothing and gear and use the same tactics. It's not a bunch of random people gathering together looking different. They are organized in various cities. Most popular is obviously Portland, Oregon.
