I don't have a problem of the right bias that they have. All media is biased one way or the other, and you need both sides to form an oppinion. However, my only problem is that they kind of have, this attitude where they think the viewer is stupid. This is downright demeaning and hits you like a truck when you watch fox, they just think us to be stupid fucks, that's just not right.

You can ask, but Fox News asks the same amount from the cable companies as HBO which actually produces high quality programming, whereas Fox News pays people a lot of money to sit on a couch every day and lie about what they believe.

Here's the court document, where a Trump appointed judge agrees with Fox lawyers that nothing Tucker Carlson says should be considered as fact:

"Fox persuasively argues, ... that given Mr. Carlson’s reputation, any reasonable viewer “arrive[s] with an appropriate amount of skepticism” about the statements he makes. Whether the Court frames Mr. Carlson’s statements as “exaggeration,” “non-literal commentary,” or simply bloviating for his audience, the conclusion remains the same—the statements are not actionable."

The judge ignores the fact that most of Carlson's viewers aren't reasonable, reasonable people don't appreciate being lied to like you do.
