Oh we have kicks. If you remember this is Sparta! Kick scene, that kick Leonidas does is one of our main kicks. It's meant to target the solar plexus. But basically it's kickboxing with grappling in it. I'll see if I can find find video for you

Easily. Not hard to crack their chest plate either. But thankfully the force is usually toned down during sparring or competitions. But accidents happen. Broken arms aren't that uncommon

@Agape93 With sparring you have to be lucky sometimes. Not everyone knows the proper etiquette or wants to do that.

Yeap. Even those who know what they're doing can still slip up. Too much force or hitting the wrong area can cause serious injury. I've gotten a cracked rib because a guy missed the target mat :/ another guy I know got slammed too hard to the ground and his front teeth cracked in half and cut his lip open.
