Didn't he get fired from Fox News for pointing out Trump was guilty as hell? Seems he's missing his old job.
Anyway, I don't know the details of the Proud Boys trial, but I do know that a seditious conspiracy has already been proven in the case of the Oath Keepers (Elmer Stewart Rhodes and Kelly Meggs, both found guilty), if the Proud Boys were part of that conspiracy, then they could be found guilty.
There were plenty of Proud Boys at the riot, not just "six", and they could have been a critical cog to steal the presidency from the people. The intent was to stop the EC count so that the House would be allowed to vote for president instead (two votes per state, which would have meant a Republican majority) and you don't just prosecute the foot soldiers, but also the ones who sent them there.
This is what the left loves.
