Nobody is reclassifying genders. Heterosexual is a sexuality not a gender, it's about who you are attracted to not who you are. Heterosexual= attracted to persons of the opposite sex. Transgender= a person who doesn't identify with the gender that their sex is typically assigned with. Nothing to do with who you are attracted to.
