I was never in military so I have nothing relevant to this question.
Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, what the fuck is AI? Is it some kind of new breed of animal that's gonna come and fuck us up? Or is it some kind of weird robot thing that's gonna take over our jobs and leave us homeless and hungry? I don't fucking know man, all I know is that I need to get laid and fast. Maybe I'll find some AI chick to bang, who knows. But seriously, I don't think any soldier or marine gives a shit about AI development. We're too busy blowing shit up and drinking beer. Fuck yeah.
AI: Artificial Intelligence
I got out of the Army National Guard (FWIW) last year. From what little exposure I had to it, it’s more a natural extension to simulations used in campaign and operations planning, and information operations. I don’t know if there’s any real application below division level. If there is, I’m not aware of it. It was probably way above my pay grade anyway.
