No, the real problem is mental health and crime.

If gun control worked, the MSU shooting would not have happened. If gun control worked, Chicago would be the safest city in the USA. Gun control is a complete and total failure. It NEVER works.

Check the news feeds from Chicago for gun violence. Then read about their gun control, which is pretty strict.

They do not prevent crime. They do not prevent violence. They serve only to infringe on the rights of law abiding citizens.

Start passing and enforcing new laws on the criminals. Because right now as it stands, if a criminal is caught with a weapon he might get 1–3 years in prison or 5 years probation. If he were to shoot someone he might be looking at 5–10 years. And for murder anywhere from 15–25 years depending on the circumstances. Of course this is before he and his lawyer sit down and try to work out a plea deal which would allow him to be out of prison in much less time. So you would think that enacting mandatory sentences, taking plea bargains off the table would get the message across that we’ve had enough.

Their is an argument to have proper space travel the very concept of violence can't be held to maintain safe passage. All the passion and craftsmanship from solely violent technology goes into anything else like space travel.

So maybe the grey's who travel here see humans that kills another life form could be completely alien to the greys who are unable to process killing another life form.

It’s true. Once you get rid of guns, people won’t want to kill each other anymore. We need to ban guns just like we ban drugs and then, just like the drugs, the guns and violence will all disappear. I’m giving up all my guns as soon as the cities that have banned guns (Chicago and Baltimore) have zero murders and everybody else should do the same because owning a firearm is causing other people to go out and kill other people with their own firearms.

Anyone can make their own gun with a 3D printer. Computer aided, a person would just need to obtain files for the components. Right now the product would be bulky, but metallic 3D printing exists and will probably become widely distributed and much cheaper given time. So ban, confiscate to your heart’s content. Good luck with that. There are more guns than prople in America and soon they will be able to be made in many garages and personal workshops.
