What do you think of the US Air Force now allowing pregnant women to fly missions in B1 bombers?

The navy just gives them desk jobs at the base buildings, so any woman who doesn't want to deploy just has to get pregnant until the ship gets too far away or too close to a place they don't want to be seen and then she can get rid of it. Good job on the Air Force for taking steps to close 'I don't feel like deploying' loopholes.

When did this come to be? I thought that female Air Force pilots had to be on birth control?
If this is true then its rank stupidity from the senior officers, as if those pilot are shot down, or forced to land it would be giving the enemy another hostage.

Don't prefer the pregnant. Technical reasons for that. But if a healthy woman can pilot an A10 Warthog, the most demanding aircraft in our history, she can fly a bus like a B1 or a B52. In WW2, many women made the best bombardier's.
