Which culture is she appropriating? Everything seems fine, but professionally, speaking informally is a wee inappropriate. I’ve noticed much of cultural appropriation gets accused by those who AIN’T of the culture itself.

Is she Black (ie part African)? I find it a wee weird if she ain’t Black, but race is a social construct! I mean, is a Yankee speaking in an English accent considered to be cultural appropriation?
