Every human ever born has some bigotries.
The question is controlling it.
The mere fact that you recognize your own shortcomings is a plus.
So, just try to be cognizant of when your bigotries are getting in the way and then override them by saying to yourself "No, I am not going to judge everyone who is [group you are bigoted against]. They are human just like me and need to be judged on their merits just like I would want them to judge me instead of being like the other assholes [in my group].

Tbh that sounds pretty normal. Same for sexes. Girls (usually) feel more comfortable around other girls and vice-versa for men.
As long as you're not harassing anyone simply for a characteristic they cannot change (in this case, their race), you're not racist. You're allowed preferences and our preferences usually come from similarities.

Yes, we are all different but in the end we're all human beings regardless of our skin color/ethnicity. Our behavior as individuals has nothing to do with our "race". Mistreating someone solely based on their physical features is senseless.
