Those who understand the gravity of the situation, and not just from WW3 but the other dozen or so black swans flying about and which are very likely to happen. Those who know and truly understand are scared. Terrified even. And most of the others from the first groups mentioned will be too, once it really hits and the implications impact them personally.

I worry that people have forgotten how bad nuclear war would be and are playing "nuclear chicken". I'm also worried that something like cyber warfare could cause far more damage than people expect and force a nuclear reprisal.
