Water and air are priceless. Lumber is renewable but also worth more than all the gold and oil on Earth combined.

I mean, its pretty obvious. Its water. Only like 1,2% of all the water on earth is freshwater that we can naturally use. It has always been a scarce resource for most of the world outside of a few lucky places and modern society is heavily over utilizing it meaning we are going to run out in the very near future in most heavily developed countries. USA is already facing a water crisis and its only going to get worse since it does not appear like we want to plan ahead and live sustainably.

I am going to say rare earth minerals as someday we will realize that greenhouse gas is real and we have to find ways of not spewing garbage into the atmosphere.

Either that or someone has to figure out how to safely use hydrogen as a fuel source.

Eventually, oil and gas would go to the wayside.
