Doesn't matter to me in the least. It's human, like a tumor is or a cancer, but being human does not make it a person nor does it mean i should care about it

Even if they KNEW she was pregnant, I think it should still only be one count of murder. It's funny how murdering an unborn child is evil when someone else does it, yet a woman can murder her own unborn child and be glorified for it. If they don't consider a fetus a living thing yet, then don't punish people for murdering it.

It never happened before and in 2008 south Carolina was the first attempt in creating a law defining a fetus death as a separate crime but went no where.

So their is a law that counts for the death of a unborn called child destruction but its about as hard to get a guilty verdict of it as 1st degree murder and abortion is lawfully made exception to the rule also
