Why do people get upset when you are unapologetic in your beliefs?

So I noticed that in politics and religion or none if you are atheist, that people who don't like your views and expect you to apologize or accommodate them for opposing you. Like for myself, I'm unapologetically pro-choice, pro-lgbtq and for transgender rights and I don't care if you call it murder or call me a baby hater, or whatever instead you think is clever. I feel you don't get a say what a woman does with her body in regards to abortion and you don't get to force gay people back into the closet and if someone wants a sex change to identify as a man or woman, then that's their business. I just don't see why you feel the need to legislate someone's medical, sex life, and private life. At the end of the day their abortion, who they have sex with, and their sex change doesn't effect your daily life so stop trying to legislate morality. Again, no I will not apologize for my beliefs as a man and one who supports the pro-choice movement. Yet if I say these things out loud especially to someone who is a religious zealot, then apparently I'm supposed to be eternally apologetic for my views but call the religious zealot on their bigotry, then I'm thr one infringing on their religious freedom, freedom to do what, discriminate and commit hate crimes and go unpunished.
