Why are gay men so well kept?

Not saying there aren’t unkempt gay men, but I would say the majority, if not mass majority, keep themselves well put together.

Which isn’t necessarily the same for gay women. I’d say it’s not a vast majority of lesbians who are AS well kept as the standards gay men keep. Again, not saying they’re sloppy. Most are just like every other human being, lol.

But gay males have a higher standard. With attractiveness, working out, clothing, etc. I wonder if it’s because they feel more threatened.
