Serious question, do you think the third world black countries would be better off if they were recolonized?

Having been around particularly south and east Africa, it probably wouldn't make that big of a difference. The Chinese are already building up the infrastructure and exploiting their resources while propping up puppet governments, and it's pretty obvious the bulk of that continent has a cultural problem that holds itself back with or without outside influence.

FINALLY! Someone who acknowledges that there's a cultural problem. But I think the cultural problem more effects their ability to govern themselves. I feel the cultural problem becomes less impactful/significant if someone else governs them.
But it 100% IS a cultural problem, because countries where other races are the majority were colonized as well and are doing just fine

It's a lot like the middle east, except with even more fractured tribalism, and they don't have a massive oil industry to take advantage of and leverage themselves on the world stage. There's an abundance of natural resources such as lithium that could theoretically elevate them the same way especially as western nations castrate themselves pushing for EVs and shutting down fossil fuels, but they've sold all of this out to China for comparatively modest gains that do little more than keep the general populace busy. This is also while totalitarian governments such as the one in Zimbabwe artificially force food shortages by preventing natives from developing farmland or hunting overpopulated animals in exchange for payments from grifting western charities and government "aid."

No. In general the colonial powers took over these places to extract resources and left them far worse off. This happened mostly during a brief period when technology had developed quickly in Europe (sort of 1450-1900) giving them military superiority.

Which black people are you talking about? The biggest British colony was India, and they seem to be doing a lot better with the British gone. China wasn't really a colony but the British sold a lot of opium there - also doing better. Austraila is really an independent country. Which are you thinking of?

Well, compared to most of the people in the rest of Europe, they ARE "black" (or at least not "white"). They're the closest in Europe to the Islamic Middle East, and they're not that far from Africa as well. Do you have a problem with black people?

I have a problem with black nationalists. But the point is that if you look at history, black societies fail as soon as their left to run things on their own. Black societies only succeed when someone else is holding their hand, so you can't tell me this isn't some cultural thing.
