The oil “six” (Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Algeria, Egypt, Bahrain, and Iran) are going to BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa). Six oil and gas-producing countries have officially asked to join the BRICS group of countries amid an upcoming summit in South Africa. The BRICS may soon surpass the G7 states (USA, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, and the UK) in economic growth expectations. By 2028, the G7 will account for only 27.8% of the global economy, while the BRICS will account for 35%.

There is talk that Japan, Mexico, Argentina, and Türkiye are also considering joining BRICS. Venezuela and others might eventually follow.

yes because they are trying to make good business decisions and they see the divisions as they've been controlled under the dollar system for a long time. Oddly, we've made them rich as heck for the most part, but noobody cares.

It's probably a mistake and a fatal one for many. There was value in the USA holding things together. I don't think this two headed monster is going to go softly in the night... nor do I think most cultural divisions are healed. conflict ahead...

It's a terrible thing to see global powers fade, as they wrestle to maintain their power, and a dangerous one.

I'm not sure all this is true though with demographic trends.. china is going down, Japan is, etc... Japan joining BRICS... no way. Mexico? So there's a caveat to all of this...

I figure anything can blow up anywhere right now... count ones blessings and hope for the best. I'm very thankful I lived when I did, feel bad for the kids. I'm sure it will all work out in the end and maybe it won't be so bad, but generally speaking in history, it's very tragic... and was always avoidable.

India is a rival of China and very much dislike and distrust China. China wants Russia's siberian territory and land stolen from them by Russia. No European power took more territory from China than Russia.

Mexico is a joke, Brazil is a joke, Argentina is a joke and all under us control. If they along with Japan join BRICs the US will have a stake in brics to f*ck with it.

The real question is, "Is the U. S. tired of being called to defend, pay for, take the heat for, every fucking screwed up corner of the world". Let the world fall to chaos and let the U. S. only defend its specific and well defined interest.

FYI, much of the "bullying" your describe was in effort to stop nuclear proliferation, which the rest of the world leaders SCREAM for the U. S. to do. This has been a cornerstone of American foreign policy since 1949.

Clearly the USA is in the late stages of its evil empire phase and like others have mentioned, we can just freeze their foreign assets if they invest in us too much anyway. We're not really giving them much of a choice.
