Well we do know that a lot of criminals, gang/cartel members, drug smugglers, and sex trade profiteers are coming across the border. We also have those who were deported 4 times just keep coming back and then killing someone. Why don't these people get tossed in jail? Better yet, stick them in the military and let them earn their keep.

Then the border chek and police are not eficient enought and the local people are not that united to protect themself.
If a refugis will do something like that the governament will have something to say or if not, then the comunity will start fight them and persecute them. The refugis in my country understand they are tolerated.
