Should America introduce the status of outlaw?

So outlaw can mean a few thing. Most people know it is as a person who committed a crime, is on the run, a fugitive, etc.

But outlaw status is when one is outside of the legal protection of the law, anyone is free and empowered to persecute, assault, or commit any action that’d be considered an offense of law against anyone protected by it. That means if you are murdered, tortured, etc, the assailant is not held responsible by the Courts.

Best part. If you’re outlawed, you have no 8th Amendment rights.

I believe this should be the penalty for mass murder. Once sentenced, letters are sent to victims families of when you’ll be released, and where you’ll be released. You’re released naked and handcuffed.
They are free to do as they please to you.

Assisting an outlaw will be an offense.

What do you think "inalienable" means? Especially in light of the fact that under the law, you're not guilty until you've been tried and convicted. The Constitution makes it very clear that the government doesn't have the ability to strip away a person's fundamental rights, and the LAST thing we need is someone trying to undermine that.

We already had one president issuing bills of attainder, despite 1. the Constitution being perfectly clear that you can't do that, and 2. him being a Constitutional lawyer, so not being able to plead ignorance. We currently have another, who seems to have made it a personal goal to violate the whole Bill of Rights (and is 9 for 10 so far); we REALLY don't need them getting MORE encouragement that this kind of thing is okay. Dubya's presidency ended only fifteen years ago, and yet we've somehow reached the point where (on this subject, at least) the Republicans are the GOOD GUYS. That really ought to give you pause.

Don't be stupid.

The old status of "outlaw" is defunct. The USA federal government has overall control and a localised police force. Hence there is no sector that is off limits to the arms of the law.

The main purpose of outlaw titles was to encourage bounty hunters to take up the slack. Something that is not required as much these days. Also modern human rights laws mean the old outlaw titles can't come back anyway.

Bounty Hunters served warrants for those wanted by the law for committing crimes.
And America doesn’t answer to the ICC so who’s gonna stop them? Noone.

Apparently you need to take a civics class. No classification, no title, nothing can strip you of your constitutional rights, unless that person renounces citizenship.
