I believe THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE is the greatest document in the world and no I have not read them all but one thing that stands out very well is that all men are created equal.

It does not say all colonist, citizens, residents, persons, or corporations it says all mankind.

And are endowed with certain unalienable rights by the creator. whoever that may be is unknown but it begs to question is an illegal immigrant part of mankind or not? Please share your thoughts or opinions?

The Tenth Amendment is pretty clear. States retain an inviolable state sovereignty...

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Immigration is not mentioned in the Constitution, thus each state must determine their own laws on the subject. The United States government possesses all the powers incident to a sovereign, including unqualified authority to determine whether foreign nationals may come within its territory. The territory of the United States Government is Washington D. C. So, yes the federal government can allow foreign nationals within the territory of Washington D. C. and individual states can allow foreign nationals within their own borders (i. e. sanctuary cities), but they don't have authority over other states, thus why illegal aliens can be deported from Florida or Texas and dropped off in New York for example.

What led to the constitution is it not the declaration of independence and if you know of sovereignty then you know of a king can do no wrong mentality which is declaration of independence purpose to bring an end to that way of thinking. If you are a father can your son tell you what to do?

The "sovereign" in America is the People. The people make up the Republic and thus make their laws within the limits of the Constitution which was ratified by the states and can be modified by the people through amendements. If you don't like the people of the United States, then don't come here.

You do after all claim to respect the declaration of independence right? So why not read what is in the preamble... Read past the first line this time and focus on the part about "consent of the governed"

You notice how there is all sorts of language about forming governments to " effect [our] Safety and Happiness." and it is the duty to "provide Guard for [our] future security"? Security like you know border security to protect the culture and values outlined in the constitution from invaders that would institute despotism and become tyrants to the American people... It's right there in the document. Read it next time...

Just like how you couldn't get past one sentence in the Declaration of Independence, you can't comprehend the depth of the current Roman Empire and how it has subverted institutions around the world. It does not say, or say anything resembling, that among those inalienable rights is the right to live wherever you see fit, regardless of the wishes of the inhabitants of the area.
