Couldn't find this story on CNN or MSNBC. Chicago ____________ go on a "crime spree". They are 19ish years old. At the end of this female officers shift, she goes home at 1:42am... can you imagine that... worked all day, and is gunned down outsider her home, by these individuals, assumably... haven't had a trial yet. Not just one, but possibly several.

Secondary question: Democrats/liberals... do you perceive a problem? Fill in this sentence please. I perceive the problem is _____________, and we should do ________ about it !

It's equally as despicable as the officers in South Carolina that attempted out of nowhere to murder both a man in his truck who had suicidal tendencies AND his mother who was trying to console him, in a "wellness check," while trumping up absurd charges to cover their tracks and have him be the one facing charges for their attempt on his life!

In both stories, the shooter was a a coward.

in some ways worse and in some ways not nearly as bad. I guess everyone has their beefs. What you noted, they need to find root causes. It is not easy dealing with situations where peoples lives are at risk. Nurses maybe do it best, but generally speaking, aren't at risk of being killed much of the time.
These "kids"... are being produced, propagated, ignored, and set free... and doing repeated damage. that is different. I'd gladly co-exist with the cops that screwed up, they aren't a risk to me or you if they are in another job or retrained. But turn those kids loose and more people suffer, possibly you or me. that's the difference.

it hasn'tso far. it can help as far as we know, it's helped some along with simply not enforcing laws. but until society becomes less dangerous, forget it. until we put discipline back into the education of our kids (with consequences), it will only get worse. those kids grow up to be criminals and some grow up to be cops.
still, I'd deal with the cops rather than thug murdering citizens with no care nor concern.
