Computers aren't conscious though, so that's not even possible. That's the thing that so many these days just don't realise; their beliefs about AI are based upon an anthropomorphisation of the inanimate.

@Siri137 Yeah. I agree that a machine will never be able to express compassion and show emotion like a human can. I also don't think a computer could ever be capable of deep thought.
Maybe the one in Russia was an exception. Though it probably wasn't its conscience, but some glitch in the algorithm. The computer was programed to win, so when it didn't, a signal was sent to the computer to shock the guy.
