Just have an agreement to not have smartphones or social media besides just YouTube for entertainment. If you could both stick to that it shouldn't be difficult to avoid most bad influences.
I may consider doing it. First I will see how things go in a new better state for a year, and if I don't meet someone that is good enough for me, I will consider looking elsewhere. I would have a prenuptial agreement too, just like I would with an American though.

A former friend brought a girl back from Argentina. It didn’t last. Nobody liked her she was rude & complained about everything. Not sure if was her culture or just lack of tact but she made comments about people to their faces. Like one girl friend of ours she said “You’re face is more round.” Then laughed.
The friend replied “Yours is all red!” Then dumped wine over her head. I guess she came from a wealthy family & expected the same status and treatment by everyone.

I did it, but she was from the same country as my mom, so there was cultural familiarity.
I’m not quite sure the responsibilities of “sponsoring” foreign nationals. I’d wonder why they couldn’t enter the US on their own. Usually this means mail order brides from indo China or Eastern Europe like melania.
You can bring her back, just keep her off social media and away from slutty women who would be a bad influence.

Of course I would. I also want her to become an American citizen.
I haven't, but I know a girl who brought her English boyfriend to the states. Granted that was in 2014, so a different time.
That's where they fuck up. Dont bring a foreign woman to the U. s she'll adapt and become what you left the U. s for
I won't date woman in the first place if I'd consider her not good enough to be brought home.
I have no issues with it if i meet someone overseas and she wants to come to the US
