Did you ever get the impressions that "all Russians" supported the war in Ukraine?

I've met people in the US who got that impression because the Russians weren't *ahem protesting the war as much as Americans were protesting the war in Iraq back in 2003.

Well they may not have been protesting as much but here's what we can say for sure: there wasn't an American volunteer legion in the Iraqi army. And you know the old saying, "actions speak louder than words".

No, never, and most of the ones that did, I think, were horrendously misinformed.

It's strange, that they seemed to understand what they were told by the Soviets was propaganda but not what they're being fed today.

I can't get everyone to agree on puppies, I'm sure there are Russians who disagree with the war.

Well the Russians didn't line up to get on a train out of Russia so they didn't have to fight for nothing. They only fight because of they don't they get shot by their own soldiers.
