Do Turks feel ashamed at being CONQUERED during WW1 that they have invented an alternative history?

Neither the Turks or Japanese had a nuclear bomb to fight back with.

Surrendering control of your country unconditionally to your enemy is being Conquered.

There was no nuclear bomb in WW1 and Turkey stayed out of WW2. Japan was also Conquered whether they had an atomic bomb or not. Also more Japanese died in the invasions of okinawa than from the atomic bombs dropped (half the civilian population), the firebomings killed 10 times more than the atomic bombs and flattened cities.

What is the alternative history they have invented? Not heard of one. WWI went till about 1923 for Turkey from memory as the greeks invaded them after the rest of the fighting stopped. Attaman won.

True. The Greeks were unable to recover Greek territories in Asia minor and constantinople.

Yes. If it wasn't for Attaman, Australians would probably won at Gallipoli. The turks were out of ammo and Attaman ordered the troops to pretend they had ammo. I don't think it went as far as yelling BANG when they pulled the trigger but it was a successful diversion.

The turks had other successful battles against British forces but the Aussies had them running at Beersheba.

The turks were the defenders yet had more casualties. If not for the German generals at gallipoli and German weapons ANZAC forces and the other British empire forces would gave won. The Russians also beat them out of crimea.

Yes... 'The sick man of Europe' as the phrase went. Aside from German generals and weapons there were questionable decisions made in the assault but it is always extremely easy to see what didn't work afterwards. There is a pile of dead bodies.

Ah. I was unaware of this though did know a little on the Caucuses and Armenia. I have done a quick google but not found anything useful yet - only stuff on the Crimean War. I will keep on searching.

If you are from a nation Turks used to rule in history, well... You must be butthurt already so i won't say anything. The thing is Turks ruled lots of nations, and were the most powerful force in the world for centuries, either as Ottomans or other states. You certainly don't know history well if you can't accept that fact.
