One of the social workers that my kids had when I was going through a tough divorce with custody with their father... the social worker just saw me, and withing 3 minutes, she started to say I am very concerned for the whole meeting that she was with me, when she was in a meeting with the kids father the worker loved them and she had no concerned at all BUT ONLY ME. She never question anything inregards to the fire guns that weren't locked but the worker warn them about it so before she got there and the ex got a lock case for the gun. I was discriminated bc I was Hispanic and the worker put me down the 3 minutes she enter my house, and from there on she had nothing nice to say about me only that I wasn't a good mom to my kids bc my ex told her that I was crazy and she believed my ex and his wife. So I called her supervisor, and requested a new social worker and told them if I didn't get a new worker then I will report them to the authorities for discrimination against me for being Hispanic. The agency family Connexions got me a new worker, and it was a tough year with the family services, and it was 2 and a half 1/2 years until the workers started to realize that the kids father is a narcissist and uses the kids to get to me. So thats how I handle the situation when I got discriminated bc of my nationality.

When I was 9 I had short hair. I’m black and a white woman took me out of the women’s bathroom because she saw me as a threat.
When I was in elementary school I got asked a lot when I was adopted even though I’m not adopted because I went to an expensive private school and they assumed only white parents would have the money to send their kids there.
When I was a teenager I was a trans boy from when I was 10-16 and despite being a 5’ 7” 120 pound kid white guys starting around age 14 would pull their white girlfriends closer around me. Like tf? I’m not going to steal your girl I’m a litteral child.
Of course. Sometimes I will put people on the spot about it, or say things in a certain way to let them know that I know they're being racist, without directly saying it to them.
Being black - and a black male - the types of racism and discrimination you more often encounter in today's world tends to be covert or microaggressive.
- People on your job treating you/behaving with you a certain way that you can clearly see they aren't doing with non-blacks in your orbit.
- Friends or co-workers sending you memes or posts featuring Dave Chappelle, N-word pranks, or other black comedians with racial undertones that they think is harmless humor, but you're really wondering why they're sending it to you.
- Females thinking you are going to hit on them just because you are a black male and we get the bad image that we want to fuck all kinds of women, so they will act distant or coldly with you at work, but you see they don't act that way with white men or other races of men.
I am a believer in helping people to see themselves. So what I get from people, I will give back. They usually get caught off guard by it, but in time they understand there is a change they need to make.
As a white man, I am a member of a global minority group. I face extreme discrimination every day. Whether it was getting bullied as a kid by a couple of black kids for being on "their" playground, or these days being discriminated against by university admissions and job postings, or being subjected to constant media propaganda defaming and harassing my race for existing. This is all part of a global campaign to replace white people in all of their countries with foreigners and ultimately to genocide us from the face of the earth.

As a hispanic male I’ve been racially profiled like crazy. I lost count how many times other hispanic people assumed I was white and sometimes have caught two or more people talking shit about me in Spanish when little did they know I knew what they were saying the whole time
I'm tired of being judged for just wanting to steal car stereos and hubcaps off cars. Everybody rapes and murders a little bit... dats why I'll burn a KFC down in my own neighborhood.
It depends how far you stretch the definition. How about a long stare? How about disagreeing with a POC? How about an aesthetic preference? How about buying okra or watermelon? Racism is whatever you want it to be.
Yeah been called names a buncha times. Attempts at outright violence a few others. Never let it get to me really... their small-mindedness isn't my concern. I'ma just focus on me.
Yes a few times. I just brush it off and didn’t let it get to me. It’s not me, it’s them.
Growing up in the Inland northwest yup all the time. I got outta that shit hole. Refused to hire anyone if color and then cried about crime. Fucking backwards retards. But I escaped that poverty stricken racist shit hole
Why do we assume minorities and “people of color” are going to get discriminated? In the US white people are definitely the most discriminated.
Well i ignore them mostly i guess. at least try to ignore but that sometimes make it worse.
I've heard anti-semitic comments, though the people usually didn't know I am Jewish.
Well I ignore everyone around, So I don't know if someone did
I’m Hispanic and was rejected by an Indian girl’s family. They only accept white or Indian.
As a white man--I hear it constantly from my father.
Thankfully, no. I hope I never do.
I'm black. Haven't experienced racism.
