I want to build a house design on my own can I tell the architect the design on my own?

Sounds just North of $3 million to build. But an architect will design to your specifications. Interned at an architect firm many centuries ago and had to design an octagon kitchen because that was what the wife wanted. Had to have an in-wall spice rack too.

I mean if you are hiring an architect to design your house for you then definitely show any plans you have. They're going to want to design something you'll like so if they have a starting point it'll work out better for both of you.

i dont know how it works but i feel you, i even got some designs on paper already which are just there being useless, maybe if you tell the architect it might work, let me know if you succeed lol
