There is a lot of immigration from outside Europe, but there is more migration within. The map therefore does not match the point about indigenous Europeans.

Fir example, in Latvia you will be hard pressed to find anyone who is not a European. The people who are not Latvians are mostly Russians or some Lithuanians. And that's the country shown in the darkest red.
