I think it's a stupid reason to have a federal holiday, it will be business as usual at my office, so just a normal two-day weekend for me.

We do not AFAIK. However my director moved a meeting from Monday to Tuesday for some unknown reason. Maybe some people are taking the day off. It's really a Texas thing.
