Probably not. Military submarines usually are not really good at resisting depths. They only need to be under a few hundred meters, anything more than that is complete overkill. The Titanic is probably around 10 times further down that most submarines are comfortable with.

The Titanic sits at roughly 3,800 meters

That is not really a military submarine. More like a scientific submarine put into military service. The whole missile and torpedo type of submarines dont go down that far.

An unclassified one probably not but I imagine we have some type of top secret classified operational tech that can withstand that pressure.
