I don’t think it would change drastically. Suicidal thoughts and actions usually come from someone who’s at their lowest. They just need help mentally. I think it comes from their environment (home, etc) and not from what they see on social media.

No but I believe they would go down if movies were banned. Movies have glorified crime so much that people who do criminal activities are viewed as cool and rich and 40 years ago they would be treated like the village idiot that 90 people are lining up to punch in the face.

Yes, I think social media has a lot to do with the suicide rate. I think Covid had a lot to do with it too. People were isolated and having Biden as president made people lose all their hope for the future
