Internet access is still available but social media websites and dating websites were blocked from accessing and banned.

people can still message and video call each other on phones though.

Do you think this would improve a lot of people’s mental health?

I wouldn't care. It wouldn't make a difference to me because I'm not on social media. But yes, I agree that it would improve people's mental health. Especially of those who are addicted to it.
