That's fine with me. I never used any social media sites or social media like features of forum sites. Before MySpace and facebook there were forum sites/bulletin board system and chat rooms. They always worked far better than social networking sites.

It would force me to get more out there so in a way I'd be thankful, that and let's not forget the negative influences that were in there are gonna be a lot harder to influence without social media

If this was 10-15 years ago when the world was a little more stable, it would be a good thing.
In the modern day it would be very bad. Since such a move today would be used to cover up atrocities.
