So I like to go to Thailand, and this guy that liked me said they're dirty and they cook dirty and don't know what's in their food.

Another guy (he's indian) we went to an indian restaurant that had a Thai restaurant downstairs. We were eating at the indian place and I said let's try the Thai place next time, he said why would you want to try the Thai food? (This restaurant is in America)

What is wrong with people?

Asians (mainland, non-western exposure) especially Chinese are the MOST racist people you'll ever meet.

And the Indian was born and grew up in America yet had those views

It's not racist at all. And I lived in Thailand for 2 years, and I did my own cooking. Not even Thais will drink the water unless it's bottled.

America is a different story. He probably just heard something from someone else, and believes it's the same in America. It's not.
