The way it ought to be you're suppose to work til your work is done for the day which should be 4 hours a day and the rest dedicated to being with family and enjoying life, not spending your days like a slave working for someone else for 8 to 12 hours a day like a fool, only to get sick and die in the end.

I agree with you I think you can also do things outside of work that are important that work is a distraction from, and you can have free time with friends and family witch i s important
