Like I have two Wall Street connections who work 12 hour days but they enjoy so many things like money, boyfriends, status, parties, vacations, food etc…
And I know people with fun jobs but they are not able to buy anything that they desire

Its varied a lot for me. Sometimes 40-50/ week, sometimes 80/week for long periods of time. But in general I enjoy my work so its OK
10 a day works well for me

Once had a Wall St job that paid very well. I was either out of state or out of country every other week. There was a time I even spent 5 months straight in a hotel. Good salary and because I was travelling most of the time I hardly spent any of my own money on anything. Wasn’t necessarily happy either and often felt lonely.
I think it depends on the person, some people do better at latter hours, some early mornings. Just depends on the individual.
8 to 10 hours is perfect for receiving optimal sleep
It truly blows my mind how many people don’t prioritize sleep
