Right now I'm in school and working, bot full time. For school, I also have to do one clinical shift each week, and sometimes 2 or 3. The shifts are 12 hours long, but often with conference will last 13 hours or a little more. School = 12-24 hours/week (not counting time in class, lab, or study time, only the time spent working at the hospital for free).
In addition, I work 5 days for 8 hours, but I arrive early and leave late (because my coworkers show up late) so each shift is actually 8.5 hours. Job = 44 hours/week
When I have a break from school, I take double shifts at work, for 16 hour days. Usually at least 2 a week, but sometimes more. One time I worked 96 hours in one week.
So adding it up, I work 56-70 hours/week. I answered the maximum on the poll because there are weeks I work less than 60, but it's not usual and also if you count the time I spend working on my coursework it goes over easily.
Over 70 hrs
I'm a full time farmer and work at factory full time
I'm always working
Always around 35 hours a week, although some weeks it’s more than 40 if you count all the work I have to do at home that there’s no time for during the day. Teacher life.
I don't track my hours but I'm not sure if I've even gone more than a single day without some kind of productive activity in the last few years.
