Hard to say, Coach. I am an exec with two companies and serve on the board of a third. If you include texts, checking emails and travel it gets crazy. I try and keep it to 40 hours a week in the office (home office) but there's at least another 5 or 10 hours of checking stuff and follow up. But if it helps I hit the gym 5 days a week and try and unwind during the workout.

I do something similar in the warm months. I just change into swim trunks and relax in my pool. Letting water cradle your limp body is so relaxing

I always shoot for 40 and often 40+, still not enough. Working for someone by the hour is like the dumbest system ever invented. I kinda wish I got paid a real percentage of what the company actually gets knowing how well the business runs and knowing what I bring for them with free jokes; acknowledging how little my boss actually does who still takes orders from his never-gonna-retire-dad/ boss?/ Definite Owner (69yr). Still thankful they got me and I appreciate all they do. They are actually very nice people and I like staying humble. Just currently hating the game right now, not them. The fucked up thing is I would so have people work for me too so I wouldn’t have to work so hard like how they working me. Just wait…

45 hours plus over time some times in stressful times
I mean I honestly work more then that as thinking soultions and all outside of work for work as well, but that is the contract I am signed on
I will also say its a plus minus as I am pretty free to set the time as I wish some what, but I do try to fill the contract

I am hired for 30 hours per week - which is scheduled throughout the month. Have a buffer of 7hours if they schedule me for more - I'll become expensive. How many hours I work per week is varies. This week I'm working 44 hours, next week so far 12 hours.

    Over 35 hours. I don't think it's quite 40 though. It might be 37.5.

Contracted for 38 hours, Saturday time and a half for the first 4 hours, double time for the remaining 4 hours, Sunday double time all day, national holidays double time. But when I'm working on an overseas contract I'll usually work 12 hour shifts with overtime being taken from my time sheets.
