Why are people so afraid to blame conservatives for racism, prejudice and division but they have no problem blaming democrats for causing racism?

I have seen people do mental twisters when it comes to blaming trump supporters and conservatives for racism but they have no problems letting conservatives and trump supporters blame democrats for causing racism and division so why is it that there is no one defending liberals and democrats or saying both sides are at fault when conservatives and trump supporters blame democrats and liberals for racism and division the same way they criticize liberals and democrats by defending conservatives and trump supporters when liberals refuse to bow down to racist trump supporters and racist conservatives.
