How can I be less critical of stupid people who have no common sense?

Most of my job involves dealing with stupid people. I work at a bar. I have to talk the drunkards into leaving, tell the bartenders when to cut them off, make sure the drunks don't kick each other's asses, and occasionally kick their ass myself. I definitely need an attitude change, too
