Sure good luck going after the Indians and Chinese for a natural disaster. No one went after the Chinese for starting Covid. Good luck with trying to put Xing Jing ping in prison for climate change. After all, China and India are the biggest carbon admitters in the world

And they’re going to keep admitting because I don’t give a damn about global warming. They say they’ll stop just to please the United States, but they’re not going to stop they don’t care they were developing nation. We have basically two options are either come up with global warming mitigation’s, or hand trillions and trillions of dollars over to second and third world nations. to green energy which will actually stagnate the world economy.

1. Their population is four times as much as the US
2. They've taken over all the manufacturing for Western countries, so it counts as Chinese emissions, although the finished product is thrown away in the US.

No. What we really need is new laws & those laws enforced. A lot of these environmental disaster aren't even the case of incompetence but of CEOs taking risks based on there being a small percentage of a disaster happening. They work out that that the clean up and fine is worth the risk and they can rest easy knowing that they will face no consequences and that their buddies in the capitol have their backs.

US companies conducting business must obey US laws. For instance if Apple is operating in China it must still obey US laws. The US could only put a Russian oligarch in jail if they committed a crime on us soil or were the ceo of a US company that broke US Law.
The US has no legal right to jail any of Putin's cronies, US laws are not Russian laws.

Nothing, they won't notice the unnoticeable higher C02 , they might notice the missing forest if they are within view of it. Depending on where it is it might change drainage patterns.
