What would you do if you were a Ukrainian?

Just imagine you lived your life as it is. Except you are a Ukrainian living in Ukraine. Same person same job and life I don't know whether you speak any other languages other than Ukrainian and Russian. What would you do now?

Would you fight in the war or leave. If you stay there remember your taxes will fund the war.

Note many men wanted to fight in the war but were denied.

You wouldn't have a choice; both Putin and Zelensky are tyrants, and unless you got out of Ukraine before the invasion actually happened, you would've been stopped at the border and conscripted anyway.

So that said if I was Ukrainian, I would've left the country as quick as I could've after 2014.

I have thought about if I had that situation. I do think I would contribute more in technical areas rather than a pair of boots. But quite possibly there is no choice and so would have to.

The harder question would be if you were a civilian behind Russian lines. Would you sabotage knowing you would be tortured if they suspected you. Being a soldier in Ukrainian lines would be way easier.

In short you would have to contribute as you could.

I would probably have already joined up. I would have hopefully been able to send my children away with my wife.

I hope I'd send my wife and kids to safety and fight, but you can't know unless you're in that situation. I'd probably get a relatively safe job hacking computers or similar, so that makes it more likely.

I would fight until my country was no longer invaded by Russia, which includes the return of Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk Oblast. I am not the type of person who wants to play lapdog to the government otherwise so the moment the war is over ill be fucking gone but as long as Russia is invading I would fight back.

If I was denied entry into the military I would figure out another way to contribute to the war effort. Maybe territorial defense forces or IT specialist. Would be fun to hack a few Russian servers and drain the pension funds of some generals.

Well I'm not Ukrainian so I can't say. But if Russia could somehow do to my country what they'e done to Ukraine I would fight a war of attrition. I would do whatever was in my power to inflict maximum pain on Russia. NO rules of engagement.
