Why are people so brainwashed by media?

People still think women rarely commit serious crimes like sexual assault or violent crimes because they are not reported but they are just as common as men's crimes.

If we had some sort of omniscient God-like knowledge to know the truth about how many men vs women commit crime (including sexual crimes) the gender gap without a doubt would be more narrow. You are also right about how female crimes especially female sexual crimes go under-reported.

However I got to admit that by nature men are more aggressive physically and sexually. Has to do with testosterone levels and how our brains are wired. This is especially problematic if a man doesn’t have solid purpose in life and strong role models.

Unfortunately this leads to more men committing more physical and sexual crimes. But men are also have an instinct to aggressively protect women. We don’t need modern feminists and #metoo morons to tell us that sexual assault is bad. We vehemently hated the Harvey Weinstein’s of the world long before #metoo came along.

But the one of several issues I have always detested about modern feminism is those activists believe that admitting fault somehow means admitting defeat. They believe if they admit and acknowledging that some women are very capable inflicting harm it will “hurt” their mission against “patriarchy”.

When you attempt to sweep these ugly facts and hypocrisies under the rug it’s not like men won’t notice. We do notice and we get rightfully pissed off and we then question everything feminists argue. Sadly this ends up hurting the real victims out there because men have seen too many false accusations and/or hypocrisies (Amber Herd).

Great question! I just got through bitching about it to my mother... I made the joke that they'll make it their identity to know everything about Ukraine and then can't find it on the map.

It's not really a joke though... look at this Trump stuff... oh they hate him so bad, but then it's fucking crickets when you ask them to give a legitimate reason.

The media is turning our zombie population into some retards. I feel bad for them... they "feel" like they're highly informed, but they don't know shit. You could learn more on 4chan in 30 minutes than you can on CNN all damn day. It's funny watching the interaction between the two...

Don't know what it's like in other countries but in Australia, if a women commits a sex crime it IS reported in the media. It is simply not a FACT that just as many sex crimes are committed by women but it is also a FACT that some ARE.

As an example with Jeffrey Epstein - his partner in crime was hunted down and convicted. He wasn't convicted because he committed suicide (maybe).

Prince Andrew wasn't convicted because USA laws don't apply to people committing, what would be crimes in the USA, if they commit them in other countries - despite what the USA seems to think about it.

Most, if not all of the inmates at Guantanamo bay were not iilegal combatants etc they were illegal detainees. The USA illegally kidnapped them from foreign soil and transported them to another foreign country and interred them without trial for crimes that weren't actually crimes.
If you are USA citizen then the laws of the USA apply to you - even if you are in another country.
If you commit a crime in the USA then the lawas of the USA apply to you even if you are not a USA citizen
If you commit a crime in a foreign country and you are not a USA citizen then the laws of the USA do NOT apply to you and in any way that the USA attempts to apply their laws to the case is illegal under internation law.
If you DON'T commit any crime in a foreign country and you are not a USA citizen then the laws of the USA AGAIN do NOT apply to you and in any way that the USA attempts to apply their laws to the case is illegal under internation law.
Laws that didn't exist at the time that the supposed crime occurred do not apply retrospectively when new laws are passed.

The difficulty is that the facts fit the media narrative. 90% of sexual assaults are commited by men.

In domestic violence it is already more balanced with maybe 30% women. However, the violence committed by women is often less severe. I have myself been a victim of domestic violence by my ex wife. However, most of the time I could fend her off or restrain her with ease and I knew that I could have struck her down at any time if I needed to resort to vigorous self-defense. Most women do not have that reassurance in that same situation which makes it terribly scary by comparison.

A lot of people never think much about things themselves, so it's easy to influence the general opinion. And it's useful to bash men as violent and sexual predators because it's kinda hard to come back from that. It puts you on the defensive from the start and silences you. But honestly I think there's way more serious lies that get bought by people that affect the outcome in politics. Like lowering taxes boosts the economy or saves anyone money besides rich people. Or Immigrants take all the jobs and are the reason you have it bad etc. There's so many things that never get questioned. That's why Brexit is so interesting because all the lies got believed and all the laws got passed based on the lies and the country is worse off than it ever was now.

in 2019 (latest stats available) women represented the precentages below arrested for those crimes. The remainder arrested for these crimes were men:

murder: 11%
Robbery: 15.6%
Aggravated assault: 22.8%
rape: 3.5%
