Would a Newsom presidency be the knife to America's heart?

A lot of people think the DNC is going to begin pushing Newsom for president in the near future. Cali has the highest homeless population, some of the highest housing costs, the highest gas prices, the highest property crime rate, the worst forest management. Imagine all these problems on a nationwide scale?

It would be pretty bad, but with the Democrats especially it really doesn't matter who sits in the chair because they treat the position as a formality to make official whatever the party elite wants; it effectively doesn't matter who sits in the chair, if they have a (D) next to their name, the agenda will stay exactly the same. Those who deviate even in seemingly miniscule ways get the 'traitor' treatment, like we've seen twice with Sanders and now with Kennedy Jr.

It's obvious that the party wants Newsome to be more popular nationwide, but that doesn't necessarily mean he'll actually get there. If you remember in their last primary, the DNC and their media goons desperately tried to prop up Harris, Buttigieg, Warren, and Klobuchar before they eventually gave in and just threw in for Biden more to prevent Sanders from winning than anything else.

Newsom would put a homeless drug addict on every lawn and bankrupt the country by paying reparations. There would be massive energy/gas shortages and rolling blackouts constantly throughout the country. The police would be replaced with armed antifa terrorist militants. It absolutely would be the end of this country and probably result in a massive bloody Civil War.

Only if you like all his policies like no gas cars after 2030. He already cut out gas lawn mowers. And he invited all the homeless to California. He is easy on crime and lets felons out of jail and prison. Look at San Francisco. Do you really want the US to look like that? Can you see the US being able to provide enough electricity to power all the electric cars that will be in the US? So that is a big no to Gruesome Newsome.

Cali is basically 50% of Americas economy, so is going to have the lions share of issues.

The rest of America is basically hills and hillbillies in comparison.

I don't know much about American politics but I'm sure Republicans would love for that to happen. It's probably their best chance of another Republican presidency.
