I noticed almost ever white person sends their parents to nursing home instead of living with them and taking care of them even if they have kids, while other minorities let their parents live with them and take care of them while they also have kids, in fact minorities have far more kids than white people and yet they dont ditch their parents.

White/western culture promotes highly nuclear families (just parents and children, no cousins, grandparents, etc). This creates a larger gap between the middle and oldest generations when care becomes necessary, but the level of closeness/emotional involvement isn't present. Many minorities still connect strongly with extended family and so default to caring for the elderly directly.
My family ended up in a hybrid situaiton with some direct care from family members and some outside help to make sure my grandfather could keep living in his own house, which was very important to him, without uprooting the lives of his children, some of whom live several states away.
Chalk it up to cultural differences and make the choice on how you want to manage things in your own family.

Whites and blacks do it, because of all the different cultures, those two are the most self-centered.

Because maybe they don’t have the time to give them the care and attention they need. Like you said, other minorities have ‘bigger’ families meaning more people to help look after the parents.
Because it makes sense.
